WHAT IS
CYBERBULLYING?




Cyber-bullying is when bullies use the internet to bully people.
Bullies harass, threaten, embarrass or target another person by
using the internet, a cell phones or other technologies,
examples of cyber bullying are posting hurtful images, making
online threats, or sending hurtful emails or texts.

Cyber-bullying is one a growing issue and one of the type of
bullying and the bullies say the stuff online because they
don't have the courage to say the stuff online.



Signs of cyber-bullying:

Some of the signs that a child is getting cyber-bullying is that
they unexpectedly stop using the computer, doesn't always have
their phone with them and tries to stay away from the internet,
social media and cellphones. they start getting jumpy when ever
they get unexpected text messengers, emails or instant messengers.
doesn't want to go to school or is uneasy about going to school.
gets angry or depressed after using the computer. doesn't like
talking about what they were doing on the computer.



Effects of cyber-bullying:

Like the other types of bullying people react in different ways,
some might became depressed, start thinking suicidal thoughts.
the effects can also be physical as well like change in weight
loss because there has been a change in their sleeping and
eating pattern.



Stopping cyber bullying:

Talk to a person you trust and tell them what is happening to you.
if the cyber-bully keeps sending messengers delete all your social
media accounts and block them or you could go to the school with
school and tell them what is happening.
