RESTAURANT

A restaurant, or an eatery, is a business that prepares and
serves food and drinks to customers in exchange for money.

Meals are generally served and eaten on the premises, but many
restaurants also offer take-out and food delivery services.
Restaurants vary greatly in appearance and offerings, including
a wide variety of cuisines and service models ranging from
inexpensive fast food restaurants and cafeterias, to mid-priced
family restaurants, to high-priced luxury establishments.

DINER

A diner is a small restaurant found predominantly in the Northeastern
United States and Midwestern United States, as well as in other parts
of the US, Canada, and parts of Western Europe and Lebanon.

Diners offer a wide range of foods, mostly American cuisine, a casual
atmosphere, and, characteristically, a combination of booths served by
a waitstaff and a long sit-down counter with direct service, in the
smallest simply by a cook. Most diners have extended hours, and some
along highways and areas with significant shift work stay open for 24
hours.

COFFEEHOUSE

A coffeehouse, coffee shop, or café is an establishment that primarily
serves coffee, related coffee drinks (latte, cappuccino, espresso),
and – depending on country – other drinks including alcoholic.

Some coffeehouses may serve cold drinks such as iced coffee and iced
tea; in continental Europe, cafés serve alcoholic drinks. A coffeehouse
may also serve some type of food, such as light snacks, Sandwiches,
Muffins or other pastries. Coffeehouses range from owner-operated small
businesses to large multinational corporations. Some coffeehouses are
franchise based business models, with numerous branches across various
countries all around the world.
