3 cups of cooked strained navy beans
2 cans of caenation milk (large)
5 large eggs
2 tablespoon corn starch
1/2 lb. butter
3 cups sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon lemon flavor
yellow food coloring
Mix sugar and butter together, then add cinnaman,corn starch
and blend well.
Add eggs one at a time, mix well, add mix well. Add milk and
Blend well, pour into pie crust bake for 5 minutes at 450
Reduce heat 325 degrees and cook until done.
WHOLE WHEAT PIE CRUST
3/4 cups of whole wheat flour
1/2 stick of butter
1 1/2 tablespoon iced water
pinch of salt
Shift flour and dry ingredients. Working butter into mix.
Add beaten egg and water a little at a time. If dough is
too soft add a little white flour, place in a pie plate
press sides and bottom.
WHOLE WHEAT OIE CRUST
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup of Vegetable oil
3 tablespoon iced water
Shift together flour and salt blend in oil, add water a
little at a time. Mix until it forms a ball of dough.
Divide in half, roll out each half 1/8 of an inch thick
on a floured board
